Ballet Class
A Ballet Class that includes a ballet barre, flexibility training and developing body strength. This class focuses on the development of foundational skills that are the pillars for a successful dancer.
Rhythmic Gymnastics Class
A Rhythmic Gymnastics Class that includes ballet barre, improvement of flexibility, straightening knees, increasing strengths in releves, developing elevation in jumps and soft landings, working on pivots and balances, helping with arms and postures, graceful movements, increasing strength of technique for elements which is needed to be perfected for routines including fouetté and other pirouettes (turns).
General Flexibility Class
All sports require a foundation of flexibility. From Hockey to Ballet, all athletes need to be mobile and flexible to perform at their highest, whilst reducing the risk of being injured.

I recommend bringing a device with a camera that is of proficient quality. For rhythmic gymnastics I recommend a RG carpet fit for practising elements. A portable ballet barre is also recommended as well. Yoga blocks can also be helpful for certain stretches.
A one hour private session costs $60, whilst a semi-private class costs $50 per person. The prices of group classes will be discussed upon request.
The general consensus regarding the length of classes is one hour and thirty minutes. This gives the dancer ample time to warm up and prepare for the intensive class.
Our rule of thumb regarding the minimum age requirement for online classes is nine years old and up with a recommended prerequisite partial background in ballet.
