Ballet Classes

VSA offers two classes in the Ballet category:

1. Artistry and Body Expression
This class helps rhythmic gymnasts refine the expressive side of their routines. Students focus on making movements cleaner and more fluid, with special attention to gestures, transitions, and posture. The goal is to connect emotionally with the music and bring each routine to life. Through a mix of technique and presentation, this class helps athletes perform with confidence, grace, and artistic flair.

2. Feet & Ankle Strength & Stability
This dynamic class focuses on strengthening the feet and ankles to improve balance, control, and overall technique. It’s great for gymnasts of all levels who want to refine their footwork and move with more stability and elegance.
Required Equipment: Yoga blocks, a thermo band, and a tennis ball. (Message us if you need help purchasing these items.)

Rhythmic Gymnastics Classes

VSA offers two classes in the Rhythmic Gymnastics category:

1. Ballet RG Class
This class focuses on Ballet Barre, incorporating specifically designed exercises to improve body technique, posture, balance, and turning ability. It supports the technical foundation required for rhythmic gymnastics by enhancing strength, coordination, and grace.

2. RG Elements Diagnostics
This class teaches core rhythmic gymnastics elements while providing individualized diagnostics and feedback. Students receive targeted instruction on how to refine their technique, improve execution, and develop their skills with a personalized approach to flexibility, balance, pivots, leaps, and apparatus handling.

General Flexibility Classes

VSA offers one class in the General Flexibility category:

1. Sport Stretch Flexibility & Strength Conditioning

This all-levels class focuses on improving overall flexibility and building strength to support a wide range of motion. Students work on deep stretching, mobility, and conditioning exercises that support better posture, body control, and endurance. It’s a great class for athletes in any sport looking to increase flexibility, prevent injuries, and boost overall performance.
